Signed in 2008, the young keeper has flourished into a xenon regular. With his amazing goalkeeping skills, he is no doubt one of Xenon's important players. He is known to save goals with his dazzling quick feet. With this tremendous amount of talent, no words can describe how much this young man here has contributed to Xenon. Though a good keeper, Ratesh lives in the shadow of Xenon's first choice keeper, Nabil. First choice or not, Ratesh still delivers in matches. Coming to the peak of his performance, he maintained a clean sheet in a 15-0 away win for Xenon and earned praises from his teammates. In his moments, Ratesh has saved many goals, punched out many shots and diving to the rescue. But hungry for more first-team opportunities, he joined Acid Reflux FC as an on-loan goalkeeper possibly for until the End-Of-Year exams. Due to EOYs, our dear frend here has decided to take a couple of weeks of break. In spite of this, he showed no sign of rust in a recent friendly against the sec 3s. Unfortunately, he had decided to move to Jurong since 30th Oct to live with his aunt, making him almost not contactable. But he still showed his loyalty to Xenon by keeping himself updated of the club's status. We hope to see him in future matches, displaying what he actually is made of. The Man of Steel.

In early 2009, Metal Zombies; one Xenon's competitors, put a bid for Ratesh. The Ratesh Saga began. Xenon still having several other goalkeepers decided to sell their dear Ratesh. Missing him, Xenon finally signed him back.
